Job Description:

The Organizational Development Partner plays a crucial role in shaping and promoting the company's image as an employer of choice. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our employer brand and engage employees.

As a OD Partner, your responsibilities will include

• Manage organizational development projects such as performance, onboarding/offboarding, and grading systems within our organization

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create, track and implement a social media communication agenda,

• Strengthening social bonds among employees by organizing business events, team-building activities, and training programs.

• Coordinating and taking an active role at university’s communication (career days, university clubs and events).

• Develop engaging and informative content for various channels, including social media, career websites, and internal communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Fluency in English

• Experience in employer branding, internal communications, or a similar role

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

• Familiarity with talent business partnering and recruitment processes is a plus
