We have reached one million users in just 882 days and are now hiring Engineering Managers who will build teams to develop the next products of Midas. 


What You’ll Do

  • Challenge engineers to design innovative, highly-scalable, and robust systems.

  • Build and grow a team of talented software engineers and technical leaders

  • Work with the product/domain teams to provide the best value for the customers, and communicate solutions with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of software, including monitoring applications performance and incident management of production issues

  • Care deeply about your team, taking the time to understand what motivates each person, learn how they operate most effectively, work together on their areas for development and help them develop and grow

Job requirements


What You’ll Bring
  • Enjoy solving a variety of problems of 1M-users using the platform that you are building
  • You have at least two years of technical leadership and people management experience in cross-functional teams
  • A strong interest in the actual customer and business problems to solve
  • Experience working as part of a large and complex technical ecosystem; understanding both technical and human dependencies and how to manage them; being able to debate, trade, and compromise with partner teams
