As Turkey's first effortless stock trading platform, we are looking for a Customer Experience Analyst who will join our Growth team!


As a Customer Experience Analyst at Midas you will play a critical role collecting and interpreting customer support data to improve customer experience while collaborating with various stakeholders.


What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze customer service data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into customer experience & service metrics.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize and communicate key findings to stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities for automating repetitive reporting tasks and processes.

  • Conduct root cause analyses on customer issues and service failures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

  • Leverage customer service technologies and tools to streamline reporting processes.


Job requirements


What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Informatics, Statistics or relevant analytical fields

  • Familiarity and experience working close with Data, Product, Customer Support teams & KPIs

  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus

  • A strong sense of ownership. At the same time, you’re a great teammate who communicates clearly and transparently - self-motivated, inquisitive, and always looking to learn more
